Why Am I Experiencing a "Could Not Connect to Server" Error Message?
If you are experiencing a "Could Not Connect to Server" error message, this could mean that you are on a stable internet connection, or that Decision Lens may need to whitelist your IP address.
Steps:
- Navigate to What is my IP? site to figure out your IP address.
- Note the IP address at the top of the window and send the information to support@decisionlens.com.
Once you have completed the steps above, we will whitelist your IP address so that you can access Decision Lens.
