What If The Project Scores Are Irregularly High?

Sometimes voters will use the same rationale for different criterion judgment in ratings. Each criterion should be defined uniquely with no overlap; each rationale used in voting should be different. Go through all the votes for that project asking for voters’ rationale. If you are hearing the same rationale multiple times, makes sure they make a different assessment and not double count across the model.
