Adjust portfolio settings and set custom names to align to your organization.
The General Tab enables the formatting of years to be adjusted between calendar and fiscal years and enables you to specify if budgets should be tracked monthly or yearly. You can also turn the Spend Plan page on or off from here if using Yearly Budgets.
The Statuses tab allows you to change the name of statuses within a portfolio. Changes will be applied immediately and updated throughout all portfolio pages for all portfolio members. Use the Request and Allocated columns on the Status Tab to better understand which statuses can have cost data entered at the Requests and/or Allocated level.
Project, Budget & Costs Names
Use this tab in Settings to alter common terms within a portfolio so that you can better align terminology to your organization. This tab enables Owners to change terms like Project, Budget, and any of the Cost fields such as Request, Allocated, Planned, and Obligated. Changes will be applied immediately and updated throughout all portfolio pages for all portfolio members.
