These issues may include instances where you are being redirected to blank pages or when you are receiving 404 errors.  The instructions below provide you with step by step instructions on the steps needed to clear the browser's cache in Chrome and Firefox.

How Do I Clear My Browser's Cache in Google Chrome?

The steps below can be used to clear your browser's cache and cookies if you are working in Google Chrome.

Steps:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Click on the settings menu by clicking on the three-dot ellipsis icon.
  3. Click on More tools  Clear Browsing Data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

After you have followed the steps above, your browser's cache has been cleared and you are ready to continue with your work in Decision Lens.

How Do I Clear My Browser's Cache in Mozilla Firefox?

The steps below can be used to clear your browser's cache and cookies if you are working in Mozilla Firefox.

Steps:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. At the top right of your browser screen next to the address bar, click on the icon with three horizontal lines.
  3. Click Settings in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on Privacy & Security and scroll down to the Cookie and Site Data area.
  5. Click on Clear Data, then Clear
