Edit & Delete Priority Comments

Editing and deleting priorities features:

• Tap the pencil icon to edit a comment or reply
• Comments and replies that have been edited, will note they have been edited
• Confirmation displays to make sure you want to delete a comment
• Deleting a comment with replies, will keep all replies attached
