      Define a Decision Goal

      The decision goal provides a statement of purpose for the decision. The decision goal statement encapsulates what the group is trying to accomplish through the decision process (e.g. - Select a Vendor, Select the best Course of Action, Prioritize and select our R&D projects...). 

      Define the decision goal:

      1. Click on the Decision Goal node at the top of the criteria tree.

      2. Type the goal statement into the box.

      3. Click the SAVE button or press ENTER key to save changes, click CANCEL or press ESC key to discard.
