      Manage Participant Permissions Through Participants Modal

      • Each user’s project and field permissions can be managed through the portfolios participants modal
      • Toggle between field and project permissions and view how many fields and projects each person can edit
      • Participants set to edit “All” projects can edit all projects except for Drafts that have not yet been submitted from Idea Engine
      • Participants that can edit “All” projects can also edit all future projects added to the portfolio
        • If permissions are set to edit a subset of projects, any new project added to the portfolio will not be included within participants’ edit rights
