Idea Engine Overview

The Idea Engine provides an ability extend the coverage of the overall planning use case as a way for Portfolio Owners to solicit and review requests for Resources.  The Idea Engine is a secondary option to add new Projects to a portfolio including manual entry, import, and integration.   

The Idea Engine Process allows owners to create a configurable form for interested parties to complete in order to submit Ideas for consideration of approval, scheduling, and resource allocation.
