      Bottleneck Analysis Overview

      The Decision Lens Bottleneck Analysis is designed to help users both identify where there are Budget Availability issues.  By default the Bottleneck analysis looks across the next 12 months and where there are budget overruns for any time period (ie negative budget availability) there will be an indicator alerting the user to look to the Bottleneck Analysis 

       

      Clicking on the hourglass icon for the Bottleneck Analysis will open a panel on the right side of the screen displaying analysis details.   

       

       

      The panel is split into three main sections: Analysis Horizon, Heatmap and Recommendations
