      Adding a Contributor to a Draft through Idea Engine

      • Users added to a Draft through Idea Engine are added as Contributors
        • If they are a participant with specific field permissions, they will be able to edit all fields within the Idea Form for that project
      • Contributors receive an email informing them they have been added to a Draft Project with a link to start contributing
        • If the person is not yet in the instance, a registration email is sent so they can register and then proceed to the Draft
      • Draft Contributors can only manage data for fields that were added to the Idea Form
