1.7 – Summer 2015 Release (July 14, 2015)

First off, we are very excited to introduce a whole new level of customization and insight into your what-if scenario planning with Priority Rank Details. You now have the ability to include up to three new columns of data in the Sensitivity Analysis graph adding even more depth to your analysis. Information such as metric values, categories, and location of a project or investment can all be displayed giving your analysis greater meaning. You can try it out now in Decision Lens or see it in action in this short demo video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xU9IFoMXAPk&feature=youtu.be).

We are also proud to offer a brand new support site. The sparkling new Customer Support portal is the best place to find quick answers to technical and feature questions and quick and easy access to our customer support technicians.

We want to make sure you are kept in the loop with your questions or support tickets, so we have included an inquiry status feature that lets you know where in the support process you stand. You can find the Support Site under the Support menu at the top of all Decision Lens screens or you can navigate directly to support.decisionlens.com.

The Decision Lens Knowledge Base is still intact. The search bar in Decision Lens is tied directly to the Knowledge Base where you will find how-to articles and best practices to help you get the most out of your Decision Lens investment. See it in action here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvcLKvEwxLA&feature=youtu.be).

We are definitely excited about these great new features and hope you will be too. Take advantage of all the great features Decision Lens has to offer and give us your feedback. We love to hear what you have to say. Have questions? Reach out through our new Support Site or visit us at decisionlens.com.
