Portfolio Snapshots

Capture and preserve point-in-time versions of your portfolio data, making it easy to recover from accidental changes or unintended overwrites.

Restore a snapshot directly into the current portfolio to roll back to a previous state, or restore to a new portfolio to preview changes before overwriting
Portfolio Owners can create up to 5 named snapshots per portfolio, with an optional description for each
Snapshots can be saved manually from Portfolio Settings, automatically before data imports, or prior to sending data via Connected Portfolios

Prioritization Module Enhancements

Detailed Results update live when adjusting sliders in the weight panel
Ratings are now retained when projects are removed and re-added to a prioritization
Ratings filters are now saved with the prioritization, including in Synched Mode
Excel exports now honor the active ratings filter
Remove votes or ratings from a prioritization as needed
Field descriptions are now available in the Edit Scale modal for added context
A Weights header has been added to the Value Score view for improved clarity
Column lines have been added to tables for easier reading
Custom field names and portfolio renames now automatically sync to associated prioritizations, keeping naming consistent without manual updates.

Color Selection for Category Options

Assign custom colors to your category options for consistent, at-a-glance identification across your portfolio views.

Close Project Details with Escape

Press the Escape key to quickly close the project details panel.

Tooltips on the Column Settings button now display correctly.
Creating a group with a field name that already exists no longer throws an error.
The Collect Priorities link in the Prioritization Module now navigates to the correct destination.
The Priorities Vote on Behalf feature now correctly references "Priorities" instead of "Ratings."
Strategy Navigator's Get Recommendations now works correctly for plans using a Cost Category budget.
Columns in the Spend Plan view are now properly aligned.
Resizing a column in Prioritization Module Value Results no longer triggers an unintended sort.
The Prioritization Module no longer displays values when no projects are selected.
Tasks no longer appear for deleted portfolios.
Contributor exports now include all expected data.
Plan Grades now correctly handle "lower is better" scoring.
Project totals now display the correct values.
Permissions now display correctly after duplicating a portfolio.
Surveys now accurately reflect completion status and no longer show as complete before reaching 100%.
Navigating to the Projects page after saving a Prioritization no longer results in a 404 error.
Bulk deletion of costs from Budgets or Spend Plan now completes reliably.
Duplicated portfolios now correctly reflect category permissions.
"Zoom to fit" on the map now persists after navigating away.
Corrupt project attachment data no longer causes the Projects page to error or prevents attachments from loading.
