Features Added

  • Formula Cost Type Field
    • On Spend Plan, you can now modify the “Planned - Obligated” column to include any monthly cost types that have been created in your portfolio.
    • Specify how amounts should be colored to better highlight values greater than 0, less than 0, blank, equal to 0, or blank.

• Monthly Cost Type Limit: Create up to 8 custom monthly cost types in the Cost Types tab in Portfolio Settings.

• Cell Calculations

    • Selected Cell Calculations: When selecting multiple numeric cells, view basic calculations such as Sum, Count, and Average.
    • In cell calculations: You can now use basic formulas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and parentheses for grouping, directly within numeric field cells to quickly calculate totals.

• Remove Self from Portfolio: Any role can now remove themselves from a portfolio.

• Bulk Permissions Management: From the People Page, you can now add or update permissions for multiple people at once. This includes:

    • Removing multiple people
    • Assigning a role to multiple people
    • Managing project, category, and field permissions in bulk

• Dev Tools: Portfolio data health report

• Search People: Search by a person or role on the People Page to manage permissions and people within a portfolio, faster.

• Link Permissions Modal to Contributor Form: Easily switch between the People

Page and the Contributor Form using the “Edit Field and Cost Permissions in Contributor Form” link.

• Contributors can now choose to show or hide the Assigned Costs and Cost Categories fields on their Projects Page, making it easy to quickly view or simplify cost and categorization details.

Bugs Fixed

• Date picker quick select buttons do not reflect Fiscal Year turnover

• Pod import does not import what-if plan data reliably

• Exporting costs with "0" value show up as blank on portfolio schedule spreadsheet

• Creating a second portfolio with the same xlsx after duplicating a project in first one throws an error

• Total Request and Total Allocated amounts are not displaying in Projects

• Performance: Value updates that only impact one project take 3.5x longer than before

• Spend Plan: Owner adding a new Monthly Cost while Participants are using Spend Plan causes uncaught JavaScript error

• Project order does not match pod file Project positions after .pod import
