Features Added
- Monthly Cost Type Permissions: You can now customize permissions for monthly cost types when using the Spend Plan feature:

Participants: Specify whether each individual can view or edit data for specific monthly
cost types, configured via the Cost Types tab in Settings. By default, Participants can edit both Request and Planned data. -
Contributors: Define which monthly cost types can be edited by all users assigned this
role. By default, Contributors can modify Planned data. These settings are managed
through the Contributor Form.

- Spend Plan Visualization Updates: You can now tailor your Spend Plan visualization to better reflect your organization’s needs with the new Chart Settings feature. Customize:

View Project Cost Category Data on Projects Page: You can now add a column for cost category data on the Projects Page to quickly reference which cost categories projects are associated with.

Add Monthly Cost Types to Yearly Cost Column Options: An ability to create yearly cost
columns with any monthly custom cost types that has been created so that Portfolio users will be able to see isolated totals for specific fiscal years of given cost types. -
View Monthly Cost Totals Columns on Contributors Projects Page: Contributors can show or hide totals columns for each custom monthly cost type that has been added to the portfolio.
- Field Setting to Prevent Duplicate Entries: An ability to set a field (Project and/or Text fields) to either allow or not allow duplicate entries, so you can ensure data integrity and enforce unique values where applicable.
- Unarchive Portfolios: Group Admins can now unarchive portfolios that have been previously archived.

- Cost Adjusted Value Score not toggling
