      1.34 Release Notes (August 15, 2024)

      Decision Lens Accelerate

      Features Added

        • Save Comparison State: Owners and Participants using the Compare page, will have selected plans saved. Selections are unique to each person and therefore the saved state will also be unique to each person within the portfolio.

        • Budget by Cost Category: Owners can now select a cost category field to represent their portfolio’s budgets. This selection can be made from the Edit link on the Budgets Tab of the Budgets Page and allows for budget amounts to be added for each category option within the selected cost category field.

        • Import Budget Amounts for new Budget Types: Our import process has been updated to support importing of budget amounts when budgeting by a project category or cost category field.

        • Open and Close project submission for Contributors:

          • Owners can now close a collection period for Contributors. When closing collection, Contributors will no longer be able to edit any projects they have submitted or add any new projects to the portfolio.

          • A new collection indicator can be configured to either show or hide to show portfolio members when a collection process is open or closed. This indicator can be turned on or off from the People Page and is on by default.

          • Owners can select to email people within the portfolio when opening or closing collection to notify them projects can be added and edited or that collection has been closed.

        • DL ARCGIS Integration – Customers utilizing the Decision Lens and ARCGIS integration can now import data from ArcGIS to Decision Lens and export data from Decision Lens to ArcGIS.

        • Align Project Start and End Dates to Portfolios Planning: Project start and end dates will now display yearly when portfolios are budgeting yearly, and will display as Fiscal Years when a portfolio is budgeting in Fiscal Years. Portfolios budgeting monthly, will still have project start and end dates display as a month and year.

        • Allow for Custom time frames for Spend Plan Visualization: The Spend Plan visualization can now be viewed across multiple years.

        • Update My Plans "In" and "Out" to "Funded" and "Unfunded"

        • Virus scan all uploaded files

        Bugs Fixed

        • Cost Amounts import only works when using the default Project Name column

        • Obligation import displays erroneous warning

        • Import Allocation amounts acts differently for blank import cells based on status of projects

        • Pasting Costs in Manage Costs results in error

        • Project link is updating only after refresh on People permission modal

        • Heatmap in duplicated portfolio does not show locked black cells

        • Add People and Share Project Modals reset for User A when User B takes an unrelated action

        • Project Share Modal Labels are incorrect in certain roles/permissions

        • Explicit Can Edit checkmark still displays after Implicit Can View is applied

        • Switching from Contributor to Participant with Can View category permission shows projects

          assigned by category

        • Filtering using Cost Categories down to only one Cost will show projects with nested rows

        • Projects with Allocated amounts and No Requests are not Updating the Availability

        • Total Allocated does not calculate correctly when importing new projects with allocated cost

          changed on a project
