- Decision Lens Admin Console Updates
- We have made a number of updates to our Admin Console to improve overall usability, performance and give our Admins a way to see the status of users within their instance and take action on them. A few notable improvements to look for:
- Add new users through the Admin Console rather than a portfolio. Users will receive a registration email. SSO customers will receive a welcome email.
- Use the People or Portfolios tab within Admin Console to understand the people and use cases being added. Select a person or portfolio to view additional information like the portfolios a person is in or the people within a portfolio and their roles.
- View Last Login for each person on the People Tab
- Export the data from the Admin Console

- Total Cost Columns
- View the Total Request, Total Allocated, Total Planned, and Total Obligation for projects on the Projects, Score, Budgets or Spend Plan pages.
- These columns will be in view by default on the Projects page and can be hidden or shown on the Score, Budgets or Spend Plan pages using Column Settings.
- Total Cost columns are included in exports and can be reordered by Portfolio Owners from the Projects Page.
- Yearly Cost Columns
- Portfolio Owners can create Yearly Cost columns from Column Settings in order to see yearly cost data for a specific year for any cost type (Request, Allocated, Planned, Obligated).
- These columns will show by default on the Projects Page and can also be shown or hidden on the Score, Budgets, and Spend Plan pages.
- Yearly cost columns are non-editable and can be reordered on the Projects Page by Portfolio Owners.
- These columns will be included within exports.
- Category Based Permissions
- Introducing a new way to assign permissions to portfolio users: Category Based Permissions. When assigning permissions, select to assign by category so that participants can only modify data for projects within specific categories.
- Column Settings Display Updates: We have updated the design of Column Settings to improve overall usability.
Bugs Fixed
- The Edit Cost Field has to be re-opened for the Format & Negatives section to update to the correct options
- Adding Large Sub-Portfolio to a Combined Portfolio results in server error
- Importing Spreadsheet with Dates and Duplicate Project Names
- Contributors are unable to open Field details View
- Combined Portfolios Role Definitions incorrect
- Required Fields: Do not Allow 0 and Can be Left Blank
- Renaming a What If plan generates incorrect activity log item
- Import sees the FY date field that's being imported as an update even if it has the same value as the portfolio
- Hitting Enter While in Field Description Deletes Category Options
