Decision Lens Accelerate

New Features

Prioritization Toolkit: The following capabilities have been added to the Decision Lens Prioritization Toolkit. This module is open for early testing and feedback for customers using a URL ending in decisionlens.com

Manage Fields

  • New Manage Fields page: Portfolio Owners can now view and add fields within their portfolio on the Manage Fields page. This can be accessed from the Actions menu.
  • Updated field behavior: When using the Prioritization module, newly created fields can no longer be mapped to Value.

Value Score Improvements
Enhanced Value Score page:

  • Reorder columns to customize your view
  • View the details of a project from the Value Score page
  • Expand or collapse field weights panel
  • Value field scores in column settings: After prioritization results are saved and sent back to the portfolio, individual Value Field scores can be added as columns to see how projects scored against the Criteria Framework.
  • Value field scores in Project Details: A new Scores section in the Project Details view shows how each project scored across criteria and prioritizations.
Commenting Enhancements
  • Improved visibility: Comments submitted by survey participants now appear in the Detailed Results view.
  • More control for owners: Prioritization Owners can delete comments added by surveyors when needed.
Prioritization Management
  • Rename prioritizations: Easily update the name of an existing prioritization to better reflect its purpose.
Rating Collection Enhancements
  • Attach reference materials: Add attachments to Rating Collection instructions to provide helpful context or documentation for subject matter experts before or during scoring.

Bugs Fixed

  • Fixed chart label overlap issues in Bottleneck Analysis and Budget Availability views.
  • Fixed an issue where newly duplicated projects did not appear in projects view.
  • Corrected Plan Builder charts showing incorrect project counts.
  • Fixed incorrect field updates when using a rank based on sort order with multiple rank fields.
